Campaign terms

What we promise

  • The number of flyers in your size placed by hand by a paid Getaway Drops team over 7 days, starting on your start date (or the day we approve, if later).
  • Each drop is logged with GPS and a photo, checked for time and place. You see it all on your live report.
  • If the team places fewer flyers than your size by the end date, you get a credit for the unplaced share toward a future campaign.

What we can't promise

  • Results. We can't guarantee scans, visits or sales. You're paying for the work, not an outcome. Scans are counted from the printed QR codes, one per person per day.

Review and refunds

  • We review every flyer and link before it goes to the team. If we can't run it, we refund you in full.
  • We don't run: adult content; cannabis, alcohol, tobacco or vape; weapons; gambling; political or issue ads; payday, crypto or multi-level marketing offers; health claims we can't verify; anything misleading, discriminatory, or illegal; or anything that uses someone else's name, logo or likeness without permission.
  • Changed your mind before we approve? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll refund you in full. Once a campaign is live it can't be refunded, but any unplaced share becomes a credit.

Where flyers go

  • Door handles, community boards, and local businesses and cafés that say yes. Never in mailboxes (federal law), on windshields or poles, or anywhere posting isn't allowed.

Your art

  • You confirm you own or have the right to use everything in your flyer and link, and that your offer is accurate. You let us print and hand out copies with our QR added, and show photos of placed flyers in your report.

Legal

  • Your campaign is with Getaway LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Getaways Near Me. Florida law governs these terms, and any dispute will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
